Confused and scared I try to stand up. The room is dark and cold. I finally reach a wall... and a cold handle. I push it open.

Silence... Darkness.... and the stench of death. Where am I? What is going on.... where is Matt?

We walk a bit more, both of us silent. Matt stops dead in his tracks looking foward trying to make out what is ahead.

The weather is terrible. The roads are even worse. We need to find some better form of transportation to get out of here faster.

Our feet carry us past the gun shots, out an open door, and down the first dirt road we see.

As we run through the halls, the guards yell at us to slow down. We speed up. We can only expect that they'll open fire.

This place is bigger than either of us would have thought walking in. The burnt out exit signs don't make any part of this escape easy.

I grab Greg and tear him away from the body. We run towards the exit as he tries to wipe the blood from his face.

Greg: "Matt! Where the fuck have you been?" Matt: "No time, we need to get the hell out of here!"

I walk into the room to see Greg kneeling over a seemingly dead body. We need to get out of here. What did Greg do?

The moment of contemplation, as I wondered what I had become, seemed like hours, days, even months...

I know this man wasn't infected himself, but seeing his blood on my own face begins to make me queazy. I barely notice him dying...

I kneel down over him, with my knees pinning down his arms and continue to punch. Blood splatters into my face.

I kick the table into his chest and knock him back. The monitor fall off still playing. I get up and punch his face in. What have i become?

On it is the girl from the basement, I watch mesmerized for a few seconds, and I watch her in horror as I enter the room. The man laughs.

His head hits the desk and he picks him self right up and goes behind his desk. He turns a computer monitor towards me. He presses play.

I fail to respond and he grabs me by the throat and holds tight, I struggle for a second and kick him in the stomach, he stumbles back

There is a scream down the hall, and he turns around with a twisted smile on his face. He asks me do I value my life? I hesitate to respond

The man explains to me how it all started with the pigs. It slowly spread, children first then adults. The infection soon spread to cities.
