@craigwebster Yeah - we've stubbed pretty haphazardly, and I guess next we should figure out where the bottlenecks are and stub accordingly

@craigwebster - I'm sure moving the test suite from SQL Server to SQLite would probably speed things up dramatically

@craigwebster Well, I guess there's quite a bit of DB access (most of it unnecessary admittedly) - also average of 2 assertions per test
