finally got Coraline. Now to finish Auralia's Colors & Cyndere... (also picked up Batman Year One.)
Principles *and* that horrible focus-stealing "feature", I guess.
Uh oh, flash came out for 64-bit systems. Guess my principles are now my only reason for not installing it. Good enough for me, though.
Looks like Google Maps' definition of "Seattle" is no longer two blocks from the office, but has moved further north. Too bad.
if I ever go back to remote work I'm totally going to experiment with precisely-timed naps to optimize attention levels.
RT @al3x since this article on caffeine consumption is very useful: http://arvindn.livejournal....
@vinbarnes: if you do, it could be a great Bus Scheme hack session.
Wondering how today's run will make work at the standing desk tomorrow feel.
@jeremymcanally: I would actually kind of like an annual television fee: one more excuse to put off getting one.
@gilesgoatboy: that's cool. I'm half-swedish, so I'll chalk those things up to an ability to overcome their govt working hard against them.
@gilesgoatboy: huh; didn't know about the medical stuff. The cell industry is a textbook case of how not to innovate though; thanks guys.
@abedra: I had good luck with that on my work laptop; only issue was hot-plugging displays had some weirdness. Nothing xrandr couldn't fix.
@jeremymcanally: don't forget how they get taxed so hard that the last interesting invention to come out of Sweden was the Swedish Pancake.
@abscondment: I'm open to patches; feel free to--err--take a swing at it. =)
Which is what bludgeon is for: http://github.com/technoman...
Flog is great, but sometimes you just need to know if a library is so big that you could bludgeon someone to death with a printout.
@chacon: yeah, @ to replace "at" makes no sense at all. it's still the same number of (key|pen)strokes; why abbreviate such a short word?
@cohitre: I just picked up the merb @peepcode, you should check it out. I want to help improve the test/unit support though; it's shaky.
queueing up some merb fun for the bus ride home.
