Motrin is really Ibuprofen & it blocks the enzyme that makes prostaglandins. Blocking that helps w/fever, inflamation & especially cramps

@AMamasBlog the active ingredient in motrin in ibuprofen, so buying that at the pharmacy will be just as effective
