@9_6 BSNL Home 1000 allows speeds from 512 kbps to 2 mbps. u pay Rs.1000 for 5GB data transfer per month. one month deposit.

getting only a max download speed of 450 kbps :( I have a BSNL Home 1000. I should be getting upto 2 mbps! throttling at the exchange?
