My brain is consumed by a puzzle hunt. Thank goodness for Jake, who's better at these than I am.

Theo Chocolate in Fremont has a sidewalk stand with s'mores for $3. Totally worth it.
Off to Cowen Park for a potluck & mini-Camp Tomato. Come on by!
Got so sunburned a the Tour De Fat today. Ow, my forehead.
@MaLora_Ann I have all those things, and also spare time. Let me know if you want to borrow/use any.
SFD just put out a huge fire in a yard up the street. Who knew a lawn had that much capacity for flame?
Just generated and uploaded a new PGP key to the keyservers. Now to find someone to sign it and get me back in the web of trust.
Making myself sick on cherries. Om nom nom.
Running a new machine with two power supplies temporarily: one for the new system and one for the 4-drive RAID it's cloning from the old.
Lunch at Guanaco's Tacos: cheap and delicious. Excellent vegetarian options, too.
Blue Saucer has free wifi. So does their neighbor, 'linksys'.
Man, that rain smells good.
Done raccoon-proofing the chicken coop, I hope.
Setting up a tent in the front yard (because the back's full of garden) for a backyard campout: http://www.nwf.org/backyard...
I'm melting! I'm melting! Oh, what a world!
Having an iced latte at Blue Saucer in Maple Leaf. Yum. Next time, I'll bring a thermos so I can get Cam something.
Upshot of note from Emmert: medical/dental coverage extended through the end of September, and maybe paid leave for another month. Woot!
Just got a note from the President of the UW, who is apparently not pleased with the way the layoffs were handled.
@sculpin For values of "nearby" which include "a mile away and 200 feet up"... the ride back, loaded down with grounds, is pretty fun.
Apparently it takes an hour and a half to get oriented to the UW Tower.
