Finished Rome season 1. Term limits would have served the Romans well, I think. I guess we have evolved a little.
| My Replies tab is broken, and I'm not seeing tweets from people who reply to me. LAME! |

| @noreaster Cool! Small world. Will look for someone who looks like @somewhatfrank |
| @noreaster I am going to TechCocktail in Boulder tomorrow. Are you too?? |
| Upgraded iPhone firmware. 3G still sucks in my house. Will see if it's different in Boulder tomorrow. |

| I like that multiple parties can provide services for an open source initiative. This scares some companies bc it means they have to work. |
| In open source, everyone wins. The technology itself isn't where the value is. It's how it's used, and the supporting services, that pay. |
| Feeling good about working on an open-source project, because I don't need to feel threatened by "competitors." There's no such thing. |
| Talking to biz dev guy at Indian company. It's midnight. He's closing $200K in deals, and then will have a beer. Then go back to work at 9. |

| @agahran I doubt they'll make any such decisions until they know the problem can be fixed with software. It may be hardware, which = recall. |
| @agahran In the meantime, you can turn off 3G to keep iPhone in Edge. Voice quality is great then. Too bad you still pay $20 extra for 3G. |
| Waiting for someone in Chennai, India to get into his office so we can sign an agreement. The world sure is small. |
| Up to "Rome" season 1 finale. Lots of parallels for today. Who is today's Julius Caesar? Putin? Bush? Anyone who twists democracy for power? |
| Made this chicken shawarma recipe over weekend. AWESOME! Try it. http://tinyurl.com/pzd38 |
| Just made tahini and chicken shawarma from scratch for the first time. Totally worth the effort. |

| Exploring Sonoma county and Napa valley from space in Google Earth. |
| Feeling like a slob watching women's Olympic marathon while sitting on couch drinking a beer. |
| Amazed that Amtrak ticket from San Francisco to Bakersfield is only $45. Gas in car would cost more. This is how it should be. |
| Planning a trip to Palo Alto, San Fran, wine country and Bako on trains, planes & automobiles. |
