@ResidentialMTG Thanks for that. I'd retweet that if I didn't think it fell under "shameless promotion".
FHA loan limits published for all 3,141 U.S. counties at http://budurl.com/fhalimits.
Mortgage rates open flat but for the 2nd straight day, treasuries are improving. This points to underlying trouble for mortgage rates.
Bring the Blog, the we-blog-for-you service for real estate and mortgage folks, is increasing its prices Dec 15. http://budurl.com/pmeb
Major props to @sparkt for the coolest-looking conference Web site I've ever been a part of. Chicagolandians should make a point to show up.
@jeffgomez You could get it with interest only repayments if that was your flavor. A small bump to pricing to get it done.
Just quoted a $620,000 3-year ARM at 4.95% (APR 5.122). Jumbo mortgages aren't making it to Wall St., folks. Think "niche bank" instead.
Mortgage rates still flat on the day.
@BonnieTegge You bet. With mortgage markets changing as fast as they do, having a little bit of timely mortgage rate-info can go a long way.
@Cbird54 That's a lot of entusiasm. :-) Happy to hear the good news.
@donna_4nbci That happens to me all the time. Especially now that the Wall Street Journal stopped publishing most of its graphics online.
Mortgage rates poised to open a shade down from Friday. Expect rates to move opposite of the stock market today and watch for wild swings.
You know, sometimes kids music is exactly what you need to finish the week off strong. Foot-tapping encouraged. ♫ http://blip.fm/~r12z
30-year fixeds are sometimes cheaper than 5-year ARMs. Come for the blog post, stay for the easter eggs. http://budurl.com/tmr0
@indyagent Thanks for the plug on Agent Genius at http://agentgenius.com/?p=7... @InmanNews highlighted your blogging experience, too.
Mortgage rates are improving but haven't erased Thursday's losses just yet. Momentum is a powerful force on Fridays -- float with caution.
Mortgage rates open flat after yesterday's small bump up. However, it's Friday. Rates tend to be volatile at week's end. Expect volatility.
@skydiver Guy must have heard you have Michael on board now...
@johnbethell Yeah, I agree. Part of me thinks it would be fun to compile the list. I've linked to some pretty out-there stuff in the past.
A reader asked me to my blog's outbound links in one place. He says my links make him laugh. Good use of my time, or a wasteful indulgence?
