@TweetDeck there is DEFINUTELY a problem. I loaded .20 @ 10:06 with 13/100 api, it's now at 97/100 .. it's 4 minutes later

@tweetdeck i am not on laptop right now. i have been hesitatant to upgrade decktop. I'll do it now and see what happens
