| @AmyBethSoFab Use 1/2 c. of oil per 5 lbs of belgian chocolate. More for choco chips. Walmart's belgian choc is great for fountains. |

| @AmyBethSoFab Melt in the microwave first, that will cut your time way down, but don't overcook it or it will get too stiff to flow freely. |
