@ bottling + 7 days, beer is slightly undercarbonated, but sweet, malty, roasty, with a clean, dry hop finish & banana repeat. 4 thumbs up.

I now find it hard to believe that I once thought my skills and experience were, while not highly profitable, mostly recession-resistant. ha
