@shayanoh It's the GeForce 9600M GT and the GeForce 9400M. The 9400 takes less power, so the idea is you use it when you're not plugged in.

@tobiasg Yep, if you want to go sub-$1000, it's the old white MacBook, albeit with a 2.1GHz processor (faster than new base model).
