@katagillian sounds like your trip to the farm was a resounding success! how did your horse-riding experience go?
| fibro_cfs_gal Busy day! Great time lounging in the sun, a bit of housework, hugging the ponies, and some online stuff |
| fibro_cfs_gal @jenimc great vid of hector! by "coming home", is that because you ended up adopting him? |
| fibro_cfs_gal @cfs_guy I used to love the airshow when I was a kid. go SnowBirds, go! :-) |
| fibro_cfs_gal @jenimc we can't link to your hector video! you'll need to add www in front of your URLS :-) |
| fibro_cfs_gal @rachelcreative I sympathize about the dentist visit. I have to psyche up for weeks/months beforehand, & plan to crash for a week after ;-p |
| fibro_cfs_gal I'd much rather blame my fatigue on the weather than on an easy walk, although I know if I push it in any way I'm gonna pay for it ;-p |
| fibro_cfs_gal @LivingWithFibro I think I get to blame a change in the weather for today's zzzz-state ;-) Looks like rain is on the way tonight... |
| fibro_cfs_gal Went for a slow-paced, 25min walk yesterday. 24 hours later, big bout of fatigue. Not sure the two events are related, but yay for naps :-) |
| fibro_cfs_gal had a nice weekend of mostly resting...hanging out with sis, sitting in the sun, puttering around home. rest = good :-) |
| fibro_cfs_gal @LivingWithFibro wow. amazing story about your trigger point. glad you resolved it without surgery! Neupro patch sounds interesting, too |
| fibro_cfs_gal Haha for the day from George Carlin: Frisbeetarianism is the belief that when you die, your soul goes up on the roof and gets stuck. ;-) |
| fibro_cfs_gal Wonder how many fibro sufferers have myofascial trigger point pain, but don't know it? Myofascial trigger pts caused 80-90% of my pain! |
| fibro_cfs_gal @LivingWithFibro I second your recommend of The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook; it's fantastic; saved me lots of pain, too :-) |
| fibro_cfs_gal LivingWithFibro haven't heard of either of those meds. glad they help(ed), though :-) |
| fibro_cfs_gal @jenilowrance that is SO cool that you reduced meds from 7 to 1 & feel much better! I rarely use them...but always feel better when off them |
| fibro_cfs_gal @DiamonDie I've used homeopathy over the years w great results. It's some of the prescription meds out there that are the real scary stuff! |
