Just hate for those pepper go to waste. The neighbor leave us a sack of veggies on our back gate about every 3 days.

Will take the peppers to Kevin and Donna, they like hot stuff. Last year Donna made some pepper Jelly. Thought Donna could cook with them.

Our neighbors have been leaving us fresh garden stuff. Yummy. But a some of it hot peppers so think I will freeze them

I don't like that deep fried hard Okra, I like it pan fried with cornmeal. Yummy

FYI: if you like home fried Okra you can now get slice frozen Okra at Walmart. It is good it doesnt have that breading, It is raw.
