Trying to get 3 volumes of CO2, should help with thinness. Some false sweetness from the hops/yeast, it's really dry. Some wheat flavor.

Much like the experimental batch, but more alcohol (not getting fusels though). Juicy and fruity Amarillo character, slightly thin though.

Going to attempt to be productive today by racking my beer and doing some cleaning. We'll see how that goes.

Apparently the Brick is getting the only keg of SN Chico Estate Harvest ale east of the Mississippi. I know where I'll be (again) next week.

@growler_guy Ha, that's a pretty good one. I may also have to brew an "O'Biden Irish Stout" for next St. Pattie's Day after last night.

Advantage in tonight's debate: Senator Joe Biden of DE and @flyingdog of CO/MD (I enjoyed 3 Doggie Style Pale Ales during the debate).

@growler_guy Ooh, I like Breakfast Porter, something like that could work. Want to avoid "-ator" ending on non-doppelbocks.
