Thanks to all for the recommendations on the Gimp. I couldn't see the PSD's layers using Preview but can with Gimp.
Question: I need something to help me view Photoshop PSD files but I don't need to edit. Recommendations on best choice for Mac or Linux?

Watching @MattJarvis demo some Ajax (Dojo) unit testing infrastructure integrated into Eclipse via JUnit. Muy exciting.
On the phone with some of Erich's Eclipse JDT/JUnit folks. I didn't realize it was possible to know so much about unit testing :-)
