| took my lady to the oregon coast today. walked on the beach. ate some clam chowder. spent time together and relaxed from a hectic week. |

| did a 6:45 mile tempo run in 1:05 with a 15 minute ice bath afterward. have run 31.7 miles for the week. i don't like ice baths! |
