I love my new dual monitor setup... just wish I could get PHP to compile properly on the Mac Pro.

Microsoft WWT more like WTF. They call it Mac-compatible because it runs in Windows on a Mac. Still, looks cool. http://tinyurl.com/49gujq
Grading done.... thank God.
It's snowing... on May 10. Someone tell God winter is over. At least its not sticking around...
All that is left are Astro 104 finals to grade... I am in hell.
We actually had our largest snowfall of the year yesterday, 9.1 inches. No wonder it was so surreal.
Shovelling 4 inches of fresh wet snow in late April after a week of high 60s seems surreal. Seeing temps hit high 40s 6 hrs later...more so
It's Saturday night and I am going the finances... You know, before kids, I never did this kind of stuff on the weekends.
OK, it seems like Twitter has finally fixed its cache again...I can now see my twitter feed in real time again.
Back in Moorhead...
Preparing to leave La Serena for my 23 hour (or more) set of flights home.
Our observing run at the Cerro Tololo is complete. 5 nights, 4 good nights, 3 separate failures/challenges, 2 little sleep, 1 tired geek...
observing at CTIO is kind of like a box of chocolates....
After all the problems with telescope gremlins, today, for the first time in my visits to CTIO, there are clouds in the sky. Doomed.
Damn telescope gremlins. We've thus far had the auto-guider fail and now the fibers are not getting positions properly. Damn gremlins.
Praying the auto-guider on the 4-meter at CTIO gets fixed soon. We are losing precious photons waiting for this thing to get repaired.
Since Matt is accusing me of snorting photons, I have to say that doesn't start until tonight.
At the 4-meter on Cerro Tololo waiting to learn to use the system. So close I can smell the photons.
At Cerro Tololo, where the skies are crystal clear and we are living above the haze below.
Man... flying to Chile takes forever...
